jilievopk Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

Welcome to jilievopk. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you") and jilievopk ("jilievopk", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing all use of the jilievopk website and all products, services, and features available through it — including sports betting, casino games, virtual sports, jackpot slots, fishing games, baccarat, roulette, and any promotional offers.

By visiting jilievopk.app, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use jilievopk and should refrain from registering or continuing to use your account.

These Terms are effective from 1 January 2025 and supersede all previous versions. Your continued use of jilievopk after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

To register and use jilievopk, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jilievopk strictly prohibits use by minors. Age verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not prohibited at the time of placing any bet or playing any game.
• You must be registering and playing for yourself, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current or former employee of jilievopk, or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or cool-off period currently active on your jilievopk account or on any related platform that shares a responsible gaming database with jilievopk.
• You must not have a history of fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or multi-accounting on jilievopk or any other online gaming platform.

Each person is permitted to hold one jilievopk account only. Multiple accounts per person — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts associated with that person may be suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering on jilievopk, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Pakistani phone number, a valid email address, and your preferred payment method. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

Identity Verification (KYC)

jilievopk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide documents to verify your identity before a withdrawal is processed for the first time. Accepted documents include:

• Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back
• Valid Pakistani passport
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g. screenshot of Easypaisa or JazzCash account)

KYC verification is typically completed within 1–2 hours during business hours. Once verified, your account is cleared for withdrawals without further document checks unless jilievopk's compliance team identifies an unusual pattern of activity.

You are responsible for keeping your jilievopk account credentials — particularly your password — confidential. jilievopk will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact our support team immediately.

Deposits

jilievopk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Interbank Fund Transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though jilievopk reserves the right to impose limits on individual accounts at its discretion.

Deposits are credited to your jilievopk balance instantly for mobile wallet payments (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and within 15–30 minutes for bank transfers and card payments, subject to your bank's processing times.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — using payment accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension. jilievopk may return such deposits and require re-submission from a verified personal account.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal from jilievopk is Rs 1,000. There is no fee charged by jilievopk on withdrawals, though your payment provider may have its own transaction fees. Processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: 10 to 30 minutes
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 1 to 2 business hours
• Visa/Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. If a different withdrawal method is requested, jilievopk's compliance team may require additional verification. Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your name — matching the verified identity on your jilievopk account.

All sports bets placed on jilievopk are subject to the following rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the point of betting.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. jilievopk is not responsible for any change in odds that occurs after a bet has been submitted and confirmed.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market at the time of submission. In-play odds change rapidly — jilievopk reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Markets are settled in accordance with official competition results. For cricket, the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board (PCB, ICC, or equivalent) is used. For football, the result at the end of 90 minutes plus added time is used unless otherwise stated in the market description.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned in full.
• Bets placed after a result is known — whether through technical error, data feed delay, or any other reason — will be voided at jilievopk's discretion.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet placement interface. jilievopk reserves the right to reduce bet limits for any individual member at its discretion.

jilievopk monitors betting patterns for signs of match-fixing, irregular wagering, or syndicate activity. Bets placed as part of identified irregular patterns may be voided and the accounts involved suspended pending investigation.

All casino games on jilievopk — including jackpot slots, baccarat, roulette, fishing games, and virtual sports — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment overseen by independent monitoring systems.

RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all casino games are published in the game information section of each title. These percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific results in any individual session.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game — including network disconnection, server error, or platform outage — jilievopk's standard policy is as follows:

• If a game round was in progress and the result had not been determined at the time of the malfunction, the bet stake will be returned to the player's balance.
• If a game round had been completed and the result determined before the malfunction, the result stands and the appropriate payout (or loss) will be applied when the session resumes.
• jilievopk reserves the right to void any game round where the integrity of the result cannot be independently verified from server logs.

jilievopk offers various promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, free betting credits, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any specific terms stated in the promotion details.

Wagering Requirements

The standard wagering requirement for all jilievopk bonuses is 5x the bonus amount unless a different requirement is specifically stated in the individual promotion terms. For example, a Rs 5,000 welcome bonus requires Rs 25,000 in qualifying bets before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

Qualifying bets for wagering requirements are defined as follows:

• Sports bets with odds of 1.5 (1/2) or higher count 100% toward the wagering requirement.
• Sports bets with odds below 1.5 count 0% — they do not contribute to the wagering requirement.
• Casino slot games count 100% toward the wagering requirement.
• Fishing games count 100% toward the wagering requirement.
• Live casino games (baccarat, roulette) count 10% toward the wagering requirement.
• Virtual sports count 100% toward the wagering requirement.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on jilievopk have an expiry period. Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Expired bonus funds are removed from your balance automatically.

Bonus Abuse

jilievopk monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine engagement, and the use of automated tools. Accounts found to be abusing bonus offers will have their bonus funds removed and may be suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jilievopk. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one jilievopk account under any circumstances.
• Identity fraud: Registering with false identity information or using another person's identity or payment details.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any jilievopk game or market.
• Chip dumping: Deliberately losing funds to transfer them to another account.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through low-risk wagering, account multiplication, or other methods.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating payment chargebacks on deposits to jilievopk after wagering the deposited funds.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, or software to automate betting or gaming activity on jilievopk.
• Minors gambling: Allowing, enabling, or facilitating persons under 18 to access or use jilievopk.
• Money laundering: Using jilievopk to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.

jilievopk takes responsible gaming seriously — not as a regulatory formality but as a genuine commitment to the wellbeing of Pakistani players. Gambling is entertainment, and it should never become a source of financial stress or harm. The following tools and protections are available to every jilievopk member:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been logged into jilievopk for a defined period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose across a defined period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a break from jilievopk for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) during which your account is temporarily suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from jilievopk for a minimum period of 6 months, up to permanent exclusion. Contact support@jilievopk.app to activate self-exclusion immediately.

jilievopk will never use marketing communications to target members who have self-excluded or who have active deposit or loss limits in place.

jilievopk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time when requested
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 8
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Request by the account holder to close their account

Where an account is suspended for investigation, jilievopk will notify the account holder by email within 48 hours and provide a reasonable timeframe for the investigation to be completed. Funds legitimately belonging to the member — i.e. real money deposits that are not subject to bonus wagering requirements or forfeiture — will be returned to the verified payment method on file once any investigation is concluded and no wrongdoing is established.

You may request closure of your jilievopk account at any time by contacting support@jilievopk.app. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real money balance will be paid out to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time.

All content on jilievopk — including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, images, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the property of jilievopk or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jilievopk platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jilievopk content without prior written permission.

jilievopk provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure maximum uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. jilievopk is not liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime or temporary unavailability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Internet connectivity issues on the user's side
• Third-party payment processing delays beyond jilievopk's control
• Errors in market data provided by third-party data feeds, provided jilievopk acts in good faith upon that data

jilievopk's total liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the total deposits made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim, net of any withdrawals made in the same period.

jilievopk reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilievopk will notify registered members by email to the address on file, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect. Minor changes — such as clarifications that do not affect member rights — may be made without advance notice and will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of jilievopk after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the change.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jilievopk operates under its licensing arrangements and complies with applicable regulatory requirements for the jurisdictions in which it operates.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of jilievopk, we encourage you to first contact our support team at support@jilievopk.app. The majority of member concerns are resolved quickly and informally. If a formal dispute cannot be resolved through the support channel, jilievopk will provide details of the applicable dispute resolution process at the time of escalation.

jilievopk will provide all dispute correspondence in English and, where feasible, in Urdu to ensure Pakistani members fully understand the process and their rights.
